Content License Agreement

What you can do

• Use the Content in finished audiovisual productions: films, documentaries, commercials, social media videos, YouTube content, client projects, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
• Use the Content for personal and commercial purposes without paying additional royalties.
• Edit, crop, color-grade, or otherwise adapt the Content to fit your production.

What you cannot do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Content as a standalone file — in whole or in part.
• Upload the Content to any other stock video platform, marketplace, or library (including but not limited to Shutterstock, Getty Images, Adobe Stock, Pond5, or similar services).
• Share, transfer, or give access to the downloaded file to third parties who have not purchased it.
• Use the Content in a way that implies endorsement by AmazingStock or the original creator.

Ownership

AmazingStock retains all intellectual property rights to the Content. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content under the terms above.
