Refund Policy

Because AmazingStock sells digital content with instant delivery, all sales are generally final. However, we handle refund requests fairly.
When we issue refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same clip more than once. We will refund all duplicate charges — keep one, get the rest refunded.
- Technical failure: You were charged but never received access to your purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Other justified cases: If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund not covered above, contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
When we do not issue refunds
- You have already downloaded the file and simply changed your mind.
- The content does not match your creative vision (we provide watermarked previews precisely so you can evaluate the clip before purchasing).
- You purchased the wrong clip by mistake but have already downloaded it.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@amazingstock.store with:
- Your order ID or the email used for the purchase.
- A brief explanation of the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
